Delivery times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including carrier delays.

Alaska and Hawaii: orders require the $19.99 2-Day Shipping upgrade, since ground shipping there is unreliable and can take up to 30 days. A PayPal invoice is sent by email or on the sale page, and the order ships as soon as it's paid.

Shipping to Puerto Rico is not available. Orders to Puerto Rico are cancelled and refunded, minus the standard cancellation fee.

High-value orders require a signature at delivery.

Carrier-locked devices cannot be unlocked. For an unlocked phone, please choose a listing marked Unlocked. Returns for this reason are subject to the standard restocking fee, no exceptions.

All devices include a 30-, 60-, or 90-day functional warranty (see listing). It does not cover normal battery wear or any damage after delivery. Devices listed with Apple warranty are covered by Apple instead of the 30- or 60-day warranty. All returns are retested and inspected for modifications and damage, including liquid damage.

Returns for any other reason (changed mind, wrong device ordered, cosmetic reasons, etc.) are subject to a fixed restocking fee of 15% (10% for devices $499+), with a $25 minimum, deducted from the refund. The fee covers non-refundable payment processing, return shipping, listing fees, and device depreciation. Fair condition devices cannot be returned for cosmetic reasons. A $5 fee applies if the charging cable is not returned.

Please review the Condition Guide above before purchasing. For a device in like-new condition, choose Mint.

Before returning, please factory reset the device and remove all accounts (iCloud, Google, etc.). Approved returns receive a prepaid label by email and must ship within 5 business days, with proof of mailing kept. Late returns may be denied or assessed the standard restocking fee. Cancellations before shipping (address change, wrong device ordered, changed mind, etc.) are subject to a fixed fee of 6% of the order total, with a $20 minimum, to cover non-refundable payment processing and listing fees. Orders ship only to the address entered at checkout, so address errors count as cancellations.

Orders returned to sender for any reason are refunded minus the standard restocking fee. Reshipping is at the seller's discretion, case by case, with a $20 reshipment fee if approved.
