Purchased a "good" phone from Tiger shortly after getting it a black strip across the bottom would appear every time I pushed a certain area. It happened consistently when I used one app, and I figured it must be some silly new setting on the app or with this newer model. That night I notice it appeared when I was in a different app. My phone had fallen out of my pocket that day, and I was 99% sure the black strip was there before it fell out of my pocket, but I wasn't 100% sure. I messaged right away that evening. That was a Wed. they responded on Monday. My previous phone had gotten lost in a pasture, so I needed a phone, so I ended up going to a local person to repair the screen. The repairman said there's a chance this could happen from a fall if it hit the wrong way. Tiger Phones said the phone was tested before it they sent it and it was good. They refunded $30.

Lesson: Pay attention to anything that may be wrong with the device, stop using it and notify them ASAP.

Phone condition was better than described. Shipped well and quickly. I'd recommend this seller.
