my order did come late a week after it was supposed to, but phone is in good condition. no signs of scratches, marks, cracks, etc. there is a warning in settings about about they can't tell if the screen is genuine, but it does not interfere with my phone's performance or use at all. the only tiny negative thing i have to say about the phone itself is that the battery health is at 99% instead of 100. however, i'll give it that the benefit of the doubt since the phone i ordered was not new
