The cover of the charging port is completely broken off... making the waterproof feature of this phone useless. The paint is scratched off at the bottom as well. The battery life is short and the back cover of the phone is not tightly secured to the phone. The screen is nice and smooth, the front looks to be in pretty good condition besides a few minor expected scratches.

Phone came in mint condition as described, but also came with a startup loop that I had to hard reboot, so that was weird, and didn't come with a SIM card that I thought it would. Other than that the phone works great now and the shipping was faster than expected.

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
