This was my first time using Swappa and I needed a phone for my kid. I was worried I'd get ripped, but Swappa made it all smooth and I felt it was a good deal. The phone was listed in "mint" and it ALMOST was... just a little wear around the charge port, but the rest of it was all good. I didn't even pull a star for that because I didn't notice it until JUST NOW! Really, PowerSellers came though! This is a great little S4 that I can give to the boy to play his games and know it will work when I need to call him or he needs to call home after school events, etc. Thank you Swappa, Thank you PowerSellers!

The phone came in the mail very quickly and was just as good as the pictures showed! So far the phone has worked fantastic. So far the only issues I had was I did not realize I would have to go purchase a SIM card and that the tracking info did not show an update between the time the seller put in the pre-shipment info and the day it was to arrive, but that could've very well been USPS's problem and not the seller's. Overall I suggest buying your phone from this seller!
Clean phone and speedy delivery.
Ordered 2 samsung S5's 1 of the phones worked the other could not be activated on any network. They did take care of it right away and sent me a return label. Otherwise no trouble at all.
