I received the phone in a packaged wrap. I bought a phone categorized as "Mint". However I noticed there was one small dent on the left side of the phone. For that reason I am rating it as a four star, as it does not fit the characteristics of "Mint as designated by Swappa. Other than that minor cosmetic issue, the phone is in beautiful condition. I would order from this seller again. It is disappointing that there is a small dent on this phone.

I absolutely recommend this seller. I ordered a phone from them and then later realized that I had to cancel the order. I sent them an email before the phone had shipped, and they took care of me quickly. They were very polite about it, asking me if there's anything they can do, and then cancelling the order and issuing a full refund - with no hassle. Return & Refund Policies

We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.

A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).

All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.

Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
