Beautiful phone for cheap
I purchased an iphone 13 with 256 gb and received an iphone 13 w 128 gb. I rechecked the listing and sure enough the phone listing was for 256 gb. It was only after I set up the phone with my server that I noticed the discrepancy (4 days after the phone arrived) I messaged Swappa staff and they put me in touch with the seller Cellular Resource.Since the phone was set up, I opted for a refund which they low balled - with some haggling, we settled on a partial refund. I'm disappointed with how they handled it and can't help but wonder if it was false advertising for more memory - hoping customer won't notice. Does not make for a happy satisfied customer and I won't buy from Cellular Resource again. Note to self - check your product thoroughly before setting up. Swappa was very responsive and assisted with the communication. In the end, the phone is working well and although disappointed with the smaller memory size, I am making it work.

Phone was in excellent condition for the fair price
Phone was shipped quickly and arrived exactly as described. Battery has been replaced though with a seemingly non genuine apple part so it’s not possible to see battery health, which was the reason for my purchase. But so far it’s working well, and Apple themselves ran a test on the device and didn’t see any major issues so I’m quite happy with my new purchase.
Super happy with this purchase. Phone arrived quickly and in the described condition. Packed with plenty of bubble wrap. Couldn't be happier with this buying experience. Thank you, Cellular Resource!

Shipping Policies
The Cellular Resource will ship your order within two business days (Friday orders are shipped by Monday at the latest). We do not ship orders on the weekends or holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. Currently we do not provide international shipping.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout and on Paypal prior to completing your purchase! We can only ship to the address provided at checkout. If you need to have your address changed prior to checkout, then you will be subject to a 2.9% +0.35c cancellations fee. Once your order is cancelled, you may repurchase the item with your updated address information.

-Expedited shipping = USPS Priority Express or FedEx Overnight
Return & Refund Policies
All Cellular Resource devices are covered under a 30-day functionality guarantee! We provide you free return shipping if you experience an issue covered by our warranty. After we receive and process your return and it meets our Return Requirements (below), we will refund your payment or send a replacement device within 2 business days.

Our warranty covers (no fees applied):
--Manufacturer defects
--Item received significantly not as described
Our warranty does not cover, and fees will be applied for:
--Damage of any type

Return Requirements (to be eligible for a refund):
--Returned device is in same condition as sold
--All iCloud/Google/Samsung or otherwise accounts are completely logged out and removed
--No password locks
--Device is in original box/with accessories (if included in original sale)
Fees for refunds and returns outside of warranty:
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for each device that has not shipped
--2.9% +0.35c fee to cover PayPal's refund fee for ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS (due to PayPal's new fee policy) --> see our Shipping Policy for more details
--Out of policy returns (over 30-days) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to the device's full value.
