The overall Swappa shopping experience was good. I will probably try it again maybe without the express shipping this time but the delay may have been due to ordering 3 days before a holiday.
The installed screen had pixel/streaking issues within a week, otherwise phone is perfect.
Couldn't transfer my data to the new phone also phone has a scratch/chip on the side
The phone itself was as advertised and the buying process was easy. The little block charger that shipped with the phone was defective.
The phone's appearance and function all appear "mint." It's battery, however, is clearly not brand new. Overall still satisfied. Arrived promptly as expected.
