Great Seller

I've bought 2 phones from you and, for the most part, you provide good service. But I have 2 complaints:
(1) both phones arrived with the batteries stone dead! After waiting for a new phone we want to take it out of the box and use it - not have to sit tapping our fingers while the phone charges up! What were you thinking?
(2) According to the Swappa FAQ the term UNLOCKED means that the phone has ALREADY had the bootloader unlocked. Your "Unlocked" phone was unlockable but was NOT unlocked. I unlocked it and am happy with the phone but not with the misrepresentation.
Device received as expected and has continued to operate acceptably the last several months since purchase.
Sorry for the late review! Bought a Pixel 4 early on this year. Phone arrived as described (cosmetic issues were less severe than described in the ad, even- the tiniest scuff on the side). Payment was easy, product arrived (with charger ????) in two days, half the expected time. Great phone, great seller!

Shipping Policies
IMPORTANT: PayPal policies require sellers to ship to the address provided to us by Swappa/PayPal. PLEASE make sure your address is correct before you order. If we have to cancel the order due to an invalid address, we may charge a 4% restocking fee.
All Orders are ship within 1 business day! We do not ship on holidays or weekends.

If you encounter any issues with the phone you receive, please contact us promptly. We strive to respond by the end of the next business day. For messages sent on Friday to Sunday, we will respond by the end of Monday. Please note that during holidays, our response times may be longer.
RETURN POLICY:
We provide a 30-day return window. To ensure timely resolution, please inspect the device upon receipt. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. For buyer's remorse or order cancellations, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping costs and fees. Contact us for approval and return instructions. We will provide a return shipping label.
WARRANTY:
We offer a 1-Year limited warranty for manufacturer defects, ensuring your device is free from defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience any issues related to manufacturing defects within the 1-Year period, contact us for support. Please note, the standard warranty is 30 days unless otherwise stated.

DEVICE RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these device return requirements. Before returning the phone, log out of all accounts, disable Find My iPhone, and remove passwords, Face ID/Touch ID, and passcodes. Additionally, perform a factory reset to erase all personal data and settings, and make sure the device is powered off. Please return any included accessories, if applicable. Failure to unlock the phone or meet these requirements may impede the return process.
PROPER PACKAGING & CONDITION:
Please securely package the phone to prevent damage during transit. The returned phone must be the same device sent to you and in the same condition. For instance, if you received a mint condition phone, it must be returned in mint condition. Damaged devices may result in up to a 50% deduction from the refund due to value degradation
