I purchased the phone and was happy with the condition, however, the phone does not work.

It was sold as a locked Xfinity phone which should accept my sim card, but it would not. I went into the Xfinity store twice and they speculated it was because the seller never removed the phone from their account and Xfinity could not do so. I called Smartphonesplus to see if they knew who sold them the phone or if they had more information on it and they could not help. Very disappointed in their lack of bookkeeping and lack of willingness to help. Will be returning once a new phone arrives. I'm very upset as well that I have to pay a "restocking fee" for a phone that is permanently locked and unusable.

Shipping Policies


Free USPS Standard Shipping included on all orders to all 50 states.

All orders are shipped out within 24 business hours. A signature may be required for certain packages.

If your order is made on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday (Holidays excluded). Expect to receive your package within 2 - 5 business days. We DO NOT ship to any address other than the one specified at check out. Faster shipping methods are available for an additional fee at checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.

If you are returning the item for any reason there is no refund for upgraded shipping methods paid for during checkout as this is an optional service.

Any items shipped to a freight forwarding or international mail forwarding boxes will only be delivered to the address requested at checkout. We are not responsible for the freight forwarding or international mail forwarding company getting the package to you. We will not be liable for the item after it has been delivered to the confirmed address.

Return & Refund Policies


All of our items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Please inspect your device as soon as your receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return warranty window. If your device is damaged during shipment, alert us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Our 30-day warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Item received significantly not as described

If you wish to return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 4% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.

If within the 30 day warranty there is a problem with your order please contact us with the specific reason for return. We will cover the return shipping costs. All items must be returned the exact same way they were receive.
