The item, my pixel 6 "unlocked" arrived in very good condition and in about a week, the problem is that it arrived blocked by T-MOBILE, so I didn't use my MOVISTAR chip, however the seller gave me the return option and a full refund, which I could not accept because I was in another country and made it impossible to return, so they offered me a partial refund. Although it annoyed me that it was blocked, they always responded quickly and provided me with quick solutions.
Seller was fantastic. The phone we purchased was having issues from not being properly unlocked so they did an exchange and gave us a phone in even better condition.
Would definitely purchase from then again.
*UPDATE* I tested them out again later with another phone call and listened to a few tracks as well. I no longer noticed the crackling sound. Seller was responsive and offered to make right should the problem persist within the 30 days.*

Free USPS Standard Shipping included on all orders to all 50 states.
All orders are shipped out within 24 business hours. A signature may be required for certain packages.
If your order is made on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday (Holidays excluded). Expect to receive your package within 2 - 5 business days. We DO NOT ship to any address other than the one specified at check out. Faster shipping methods are available for an additional fee at checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur.
If you are returning the item for any reason there is no refund for upgraded shipping methods paid for during checkout as this is an optional service.
Any items shipped to a freight forwarding or international mail forwarding boxes will only be delivered to the address requested at checkout. We are not responsible for the freight forwarding or international mail forwarding company getting the package to you. We will not be liable for the item after it has been delivered to the confirmed address.
Return & Refund Policies
All of our items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Please inspect your device as soon as your receive it so that we may resolve any issues within the 30-day return warranty window. If your device is damaged during shipment, alert us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Our 30-day warranty covers:
- Manufacturer defects
- Item received significantly not as described
If you wish to return a fully functional device within the 30 days for any reason, a 4% restocking fee will be applied on non-defective device returns and refunds. Orders that are cancelled due to having an incorrect address will also be charged a 4% restocking fee.
If within the 30 day warranty there is a problem with your order please contact us with the specific reason for return. We will cover the return shipping costs. All items must be returned the exact same way they were receive.
