Would have been beneficial to know that the phone does not come with a SIM card or anything else of that matter, so as to plan ahead for being able to use the phone once it arrived. Other than that, the shipping was fast enough.

I'm neutral about this sale only because the shipping was super fast and the iPhone seemed to work as described. My only issue was the phone was not able to be activated to the Sprint network, since it was not a sprint compatible phone! Very annoying!
