As it sometimes happens, there was a hidden defect in the phone; the chip tray wouldn't open. Seller immediately offered a refund. We took the phone to a friend with a phone shop, and he used special equipment to open it. Problem solved. I would do business with this seller again. He backs up his product and was willing to refund.
