1-2 business days it not "FAST SHIPPING", a few hours is "FAST SHIPPING". Please don't write "FAST SHIPPING" on the ad and then in the shipping section write "1-2 business days", that's slow shipping.

The phone is still locked and unable to be used on any network other than the original carrier, which is unknown. I took a chance after having purse stolen and getting laid off, and I have lost more money, time, and interviews from this which has caused much more anxiety. While I will be returning, I upgraded the device to unlock it for the next user.

I received the device. The camera was broken. In order to avoid having to be without a phone for an extended period of time (while shipping it back, waiting for a replacement or refund, buying a new phone, etc) I decided to keep the phone and have it repaired on my own. This was inconvenient and made the phone end up costing more than the $197 it was originally sold for. Could have been better (i.e. phone fully functional) but I will say that the seller was accommodating in giving me the opportunity to send it back. I just couldnt feasibly do that and wait without a phone any longer (I had already either lost/had my old phone stolen and been without for almost a week which was why I purchased this one in the first place) :-(
