The charging port was full of lint and caused it not to charge. I was able to clean it out which allowed it to change properly. I should not have had to do this. The seller should have checked it and ensured that it was okay before shipping it. Had you inspected it properly you would have seen something was wrong with the port. Phones aren’t much good if they don’t charge.

Fingerprint sensor was not functional on first phone received. Seller was responsive to feedback and offered refund or exchange. Seller paid for return shipping and sent replacement phone quickly with expedited shipping. Second phone received is in excellent condition.
Overall I am happy with the purchase, though I wish the seller had verified the TouchID before sending the first phone.
The first phone sent wouldn't connect to the network after the SIM installed. I spent 3 hours in the T-Mobile store. They asked me to ship the phone back and replaced it return a new one. I wasn't happy it took a couple weeks to get a phone that worked but they did respond quickly to the issue and honored their warranty.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.

- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
