I am not really happy with the transaction. I thought I was purchasing a mint condition Samsung S20 with an OEM Fast charge cord, but what I received was not in mint condition and there was no charging cord. When I received the phone and brought this to their attention, the offered me a partial refund if I wanted to keep the phone. I asked if I could exchange it and I expressed concern that if my phone was sent in less than mint condition without the charge cord, how do I know the phone is working up to their standards. They basically told me that my complaints were unreasonable and take the partial refund or return the phone. Being in a tough situation where I needed a new phone, I decided to keep the phone and take my chances that it will work. The partial refund was supposed to cover the cost of the cord, but fell short. My daughters have used Swappa several times and have been pleased with the results. I have been told that my experience is not typical.
