Phone appears to be in excellent condition & arrived quickly. Have activated phone on my Verizon account with no issue. Had to replace S-Pen as it would not charge or connect to phone for bluetooth actions. Charger and cable included. Positive experience buying from this seller and from Swappa.

Great Phone! Fast Shipping. Not a single scratch and most importantly, no issues. Had to convince T-MOBILE to mark it as unlocked (even though it is) in their database to use it with a carrier that is NOT T-Mobile. Once done. Not a single issue with this sale.

- We do not ship internationally nor to any US territories. We may ship certain devices with “Signature Required Upon Delivery” at our discretion.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
