Completing the sale was a little confusing.

Phone arrived with 51% battery health - far below Swappa's minimum requirement, as well as what was described in the listing. Huge hassle to then have to package it up and take it to UPS to return, and to be several days without a phone.
They did send me a return shipping label and refunded the cost.

I ordered a device, which had a slight defect to it, and QSM sent me a full refund upon a full return of the device in question. Their devices seem to be in great quality when it comes to what was shown to me, (a Pixel 3 XL for my dad ( along with the 3 XL for my mother) ) and I plan on ordering from them again in the near future. Good sellers.

Phone appeared to be in good shape physically but something is damaged with the camera internally. It is not able to focus properly.
