I ordered this phone on August 24th 2021 and received it on 26th August,my wife noticed that on top right corner there is a small crack when she opened the box as it was for her.I will give a positive review when we can resolve this issue.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
