The iPad I received will not load or initiate any set up. I wish to return it.
Item was not in "mint" condition and had a medium visible scratch on the back and small minor scratches on screen. I appreciate the fast response and shipping, but I cannot give a positive rating.

Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
