Excellent and prompt service. Good communication. The phone was not compatible with my carrier and QuickShipMobile was quick to send me a return label. They also issued a refund within one day of receiving back the phone. Although I did not get the phone I wanted, I am super pleased with QSM's service and professionalism. Return & Refund Policies
- We offer a 30-day warranty that begins once the device is marked delivered.
- Warranty only applies as long as the device is in the US. This does not cover physical damage or any user mishandling that affects the usage of the device.
- Returns with no proven defect will be subject to 15% restocking fees and return shipping costs.
- Refunds typically take around 24-48 hours to be fully processed from when we confirm we received the device back.
