iPhone 6S. People couldn't hear me on the phone and I couldn't hear music if there was any ambient noise. It would freeze randomly and I had to re-start it daily. Sometimes the keyboard wouldn’t pick up anything I typed.

They were eager to fix it so I would change my 1 star rating, so I mailed it back, which I had to pay for, but oh well, right?

Most issues were fixed, although a couple apps just close after I’ve been on them for about 1 minute. Also the volume is much better, except the alarm is so quiet it sometimes doesn't wake me up, my used iPhone 5 from Swappa never had this problem.

I wrote them back with these issues and they told me they fixed the sound and that if I wanted something louder I should buy the iPhone 7 or 8.

I said I would like to return it, and they said OK, but they'd have to charge me for shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee...

I wonder how much money they've made selling this phone to people and then having it returned with a 20% fee.

When my phone arrived it was beautiful, but had some technical issues. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. Seller was very helpful and answered all communications quickly.
