The phone showed up exactly as described. It was also charged and ready for me to use it right away, and they added a new (still in it's box) charger for me to use, free of charge. I would buy from here again for sure.
Works as advertised. eSIM activation failed but that may be an issue with Metro rather than the device itself.

30-Day Return Policy

• A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns
