Sent in a soft envelope?? It's electronics and the USPS. No telling how man times it was banged around. Will never use this place again. Would have paid $20 more to have it sent in a box. And come on No charger that's petty. And further phone has been charging for 12hrs and at 80%. Biggest waist of money.
