Phone was not clean when I received it. Residue surrounding buttons and glitter in the speaker grill. Whatever, I can clean that. The worst part was that the Phone was wrapped with charger directly on the screen. The metal ends were uncovered, just left to scratch the unprotected screen. Why not put it outside the immediate wrap or at least on the back of the phone? I purchased a "good" condition phone expecting some light scratching but am disappointed at how bad this looks. This should have been marked "fair." I'd return it but this already took over a week to get to me and I don't have the luxury of waiting any more for a phone. Have bought a bunch of phones on swappa in the past, these guys are the least competent sellers I have dealt with so far.
