Phone arrived packaged in bubble mailer with other items. No box or hard protective packaging was used. Seller advertised the phone as coming with a speaker and Tumi extended battery pack. "Battery pack" was a counterfeit demonstration item and had no battery in it at all or electrical connectors on it. Seller was contacted and demonstrated no concern for the fraudulent listing and no offer to fix the problem. Would not purchase an item from this seller again.
