Phone Zone

The watch never started and was not chargeable. I returned it to the seller, but it returned back to me because they did not claim it. I had to spend time and money twice to return it.

Product came quickly and was in perfect condition.

Phone received, had to change from Spanish to English, but otherwise, no hiccups, phone checklist all good, phone appears with no obvious blemishes, easy to clear memory. Appreciate the sale!

This watch was sent to my mom's house in Georgia. The package was stolen, but even though we went through the process of contacting USPS, and they said the seller needs to file an insurance claim, we have received ZERO dollars back. Swappa was no help, and in fact decided not to assist us in getting any money back. This is ridiculous and I will now only buy used items through Amazon because they actually help their customers, even with used items and 3rd party sellers, unlike Swappa.
