Seller was responsive and patient while I got the Apple Watch to allow a factory reset and new pairing. Seller recommended.

Seller took almost a week to ship and only did so after I messaged them. The watch was in good condition as described, but Seller included the wrong charger. Offered a partial (very small, a fraction of the cost of the official charger) refund so I could buy a low-rated unofficial charger from Amazon. Seller agreed to a slightly larger refund and then only refunded me the original, smaller amount a day later. The purchase took almost 2 weeks, and I had to prompt Seller's every action. Be wary: if there are any complications with the sale, Seller may be difficult to work with.

Watch was in great condition

Watch was delayed in shipment while seller acquired a charger. When received, the charger was not the right kind. Seller did issue partial refund to cover cost, but the process was not as smooth as previous purchases.

Item arrived quickly and was packaged well.
