Phone arrived in great condition as advertised.
The phone has had a lot of glitches since I purchased it. It often just turns off when showing plenty of battery. The speaker randomly gets very quiet. The battery often drops from 40% to less then 10% within minutes. I couldn't afford to be with out a phone so I didn't do anything about it. Now that it's unusable (without caring an external charger everywhere) I was going to turn it in for reimbursement I took off the case and noticed it's cracked so I don't think you'll take it back. Very disappointed in my purchase! Plz advise if there's something you're willing to help out with in my case?
never received the phone, then usps returns it back to the office and never received my refund and seller did not contact me after trying to return the phone
When I started setting up the phone, I got a notification about non-Apple parts having been installed. This was not disclosed in the listing. There was also an old SIM card still in the phone—seems like the seller didn’t really check the phone first. I’m returning it, which is a very annoying process.
Product came no physical issues. Only issue was the replace screen wasn’t a genuine apple screen and shown mild discoloration. More notably with gray elements on screen. Remedied with colors with accessibility features, but out of the box phone came with a harsh yellow hue with apparent and obvious message about phone not being able to decipher if the screen that was replace on the phone was genuine.
The sale went well, we received it as scheduled and thought everything was fine. Its new owner fell in love with it immediately. But then the phone showed a latent defect, and resolution has been slow and difficult, with little communication from the seller.
They sell salvage and don't stand behind their warranty. The apple store looked up the alleged mint condition phone they sold me and saw it had already been damaged bad enough that the entire rear of the phone had to be replaced TWICE before I bought it. Then the screen failed within their 30 day warranty period. Then they blamed me for a green line screen failure on a phone that had already been well abused before it ever got to me - STAY AWAY. Update - in response to this review they reached out to offer a free repair (not offered previously!) with a lower quality screen. I said I would only accept a full refund at their cost. Then they sent me a return label. Then they voided that return shipping label and said they would only offer a free repair with a non oem screen that all the other reviews say is clearly poor quality. Save yourselves - buy elsewhere!
The listing was clear that the screen is an aftermarket replacement. The screen quality is noticeably poorer than I'd have expected. Most noticeable in night mode. Battery percentage was correctly noted but actual experience is worse than 80% of original.
Speakers by plug don't work.
I won't buy a "fair" device on Swappa again, I would describe it as "rough".
Sent a defective phone and then tried to replace it with a lesser model.
Phone is locked by carrier, unable to activate SIM

Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 Day Warranty for Defective items.
If the device is received with physical damage, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can communicate with our insurance provider.
Any Damage Caused by the user is not covered by our warranty, but repaired or replaced at a discount.
After 30 days, we only offer repair or replacement.
We offer an exchange if your item is received in a condition other than described or expected WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase date .
Returns for a refund are also valid within 30 days if items are not damaged by the user.
Prepaid return labels are provided for defective item orders.
A 4.5% fee will be applied on cancelled orders, because paypal does not refund the fee.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on non-defective items / Buyer’s remorse.
We process refunds within 7-10 business days from the time a device is returned.
