the phone arrived in very bad condition

I purchased a phone that needed to be returned due to carrier restrictions. Even though the phone didn't work out you were very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely buy from you again.

Very fast shipping, arrived as promised. Phone had shorter battery life than my previous iPhone 6S but no other issues.

Screen was burned in pretty bad. Should of been classified fair.

Phone was shipped out very fast and was delivered within a few days. Phone itself is excellent and doesn't exhibit any obvious flaws after thorough testing of functionality. Had a concern regarding the charger shipped with the phone which MyteCell quickly handled. Would recommend including the Google charger rather than Samsung with future sales of Google devices to ensure full compatibility with the device.

The charger is fake. It sometimes says not charging. Secondly, the support wasn't that great when I didn't receive my phone on time. When the phone didn't arrive 3-4 days after it was supposed to be delivered, I reached out to them and they said to take it up with Paypal. I finally got my phone but its a hit or a miss.

I would chip in the extra 100-200 and get a new one from now on.
