Everything went well was able to add a carrier on this phone. Phone was in very good shape but of course it wasn't out of the box new but to the untrained eye it was.

Oh and customer service answered my question about a sticker that was on the packaged that read "cannot be unlocked". I thought that was odd since the phone's details were for unlocked phones. So I messaged the contact and they got back to me in 24hrs instructing me to disregard the sticker might of been placed by accident.
