I received a tracking number 20 minutes after purchase. Got it in 2 days. Was very happy with that. Email communication is a little less than what I expect but the fact that I got a phone was that was advertised as good but was really mint plus I got the tracking info right away.
Will check this vendor's listings first next time I order on Swappa.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
