When I received the phone, it was mostly as described, but the battery was having issues--it still worked somewhat but drained v. quickly, so I can see why they missed it. Regardless, MyteCell's communication with me about this issue was fantastic: quick, helpful, and friendly. I sent back the original phone and they shipped me the replacement that same day. It was also in good condition and has been working perfectly.

MyteCell seems like a great seller. They shipped the phone v. quickly both times, were understanding and accommodating, and overall just gave me great customer service. I'd definitely recommend doing business with them!

Very nice and responsive seller.
The phone was shipped very quickly.
Issue on the storage (32Go vs 64Go), but seller proposed right away an exchange or refund of the difference in price.
I recommend this seller.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
