The phone was in almost mint condition just a few scratches on the screen as mentioned but overall I would buy from them again. I did have a problem with the USPS I know they can't control them but I would of liked the device to arrived on Saturday instead of a Monday. But overall it seems like the good majority of people have had great luck ordering from them. Thanks again for the device.

nuetral. The phone was not working for the first week we tried to put an international sim in it. It seemed that it actually had not been unlocked. Finally, after numerous tries it started working.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
