The first phone I received had an issue and they were very responsive. Immediately they sent me instructions for how to address the issue. When that didn't work, I received a free shipping label to return the phone and they sent a replacement the next business day after I placed the original back in the mail. Good guys and prompt, (even on the weekend), service. I would definitely recommend them.

Shipping Policies

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only.
