The experience was a great one! They accidentally sent the wrong charger with the phone, but when I notified them of the issue, they promptly resolved it. Thanks guys! The phone was in as good or better condition than described. This was a gift for my daughter for christmas... she is going to be so happy!

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
