Swappa passed my order to mytecell, who filled the order quickly. However, within a week, the S4 developed an un-fixable problem. I contacted mytecell; they went ahead and shipped me a replacement, and e-mailed me a USPO shipping label. New S4 arrived quickly, and so far, I'm quite satisfied with the total transaction. All's well that ends well. Thanks to Swappa for having a great source for high-quality smartphones. You get a 5 star rating in my book.
