First time I used Swappa. Happy with product and price.

Came as described. Would purchase again from this seller.

I rated this neutral, because while it was a nightmare of an exchange (we received a phone that could not be activated on a new account because it had an outstanding balance on a previous account and then we didn't get a refund as immediately as the seller received the returned the phone--we had to wait almost a week), it still could have been worse. We didn't have to involve PayPal, we were given a refund without TOO much hassle. Additionally, the seller was always very courteous. So, if the phone had worked on a new account, I could have given this seller 5 stars. The seller should be more careful and honest about the devices he sells, because otherwise he does really good business.

I would not buy anymore. Doesn't show the actual picture of the phone, I got one with few scratches, they offered to replace/refund, it's just waste of time. I didn't have time to replace as I was planning to travel. I would like to see the picture of the phone before I buy it to avoid unnecessary back and forth. You can easily get better phone with better price, need not go with this type of stores, not worth for the price.

This was my second purchase from MyteCell and I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Fast shipping and phones I can trust!

Jake is a great help, I bought the Note 4 and it works great on my T-Mobile network. Better than another unlocked phone i purchased in the past elsewhere on groupons, I will be purchasing my devices from Jake for now on, easy and fast transactions and a great price for what you are getting, considering the price, it was a fair. the device did have some scratches on the metallic frame but the screen and everything else are in excellent condition. Overall I am very happy and satisfied in the device and the customer service they provide when you have questions for them. Thanks Jake

The phone was reported stolen. I had spent hours transferring data over only to have to spend hours on the phone with AT&T trying to figure out why my account was suspended. I am surprised Swappa doesn't check their business seller better.
