If the phone was used or refurbished, I cannot tell at all. As far as I can tell, this phone is new just as it is stated and in excellent condition. I received right on time and it activated with Verizon just fine. I already had a sim card to transfer from my old phone so all it took was taking that out and putting it into this new phone. Would definitely buy from again.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies
