I was worried about trying Swappa but found the whole process to be easy and legit. While I wish I could have spoken on the phone to someone, they were super fast at email responses to my questions, including after I received the phone and thought there was a problem with it (ended up it just needed to be turned off for a minute to re-set it). Would def do this again.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies
