The phone was good until now when the IMEI number got blocked which means that the phone was that is stolen or the payments were not made this makes my phone unusable and I'm still waiting to hear back from myte cell

Shipping Policies

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
