The charger provided is a slow one, not a fast charger compatible with the phone, but the phone itself is in great shape. I would by far have preferred to get the charger that belongs to the phone. If an appropriate charger were to be provided, I would happily change my rating to positive.

Shipping was fast and the package arrived in perfect shape, and the phone has little to no marking of previous use.

Phone works very well, a few scratches on the side as described, flawless screen. I had to get a new SIM card to get it to work but that's likely not due to the device and more my card. It is an amazing deal and I am so happy I saved more than half buying used. With the guarantee you really cannot go wrong here! Will definitely be back next time, even sent my mom to this seller. We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
