Phone is clean and mint as described. Took me contacting Swappa for seller to respond to me on Info or status of phone shipment after phone was paid for via PayPal e-check.

Purchased droid turbo 2. Was not in "good" condition. Screen very damaged scratched and marked up. Returned phone immediately. Seller has still not refunded money though on Swappa page it shows returned over a week ago. We provided screenshot of our certified mail receipt upon request in order to get refund, then screenshot of USPS tracking showing it was delivered. Still no refund. Now seller wants us to return to post office to get printout of exact details of return before refunding. Wondering if we will have to visit Houston to get fingerprints of their worker who signed for it next. :/

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
