Initially received an unlocked model from Verizon that had issues, seller responded promptly to my concerns and immediately provided an exchange for an AT&T unlocked model, which was in even better condition than the first (which was already pristine), definitely the first person I'd look to buy from on here.

This was more of a fair condition. not good condition when i got the phone i tough it would in good condition but the housing was scratch the screen was all scratch up the not in good shape the cosmetic was bad but the phone seems to be working fine.

Shipping Policies
We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
