The phone was received defective. The seller was fast on creating a return and overall making the process easy. Unfortunately I don't think sellers are inspecting phones as well on Swappa (as they onced used to) and this is the second defective phone I have received in a month from a Swappa Seller. I'm overall neutral about this sale. But the seller did make it right so a positive review will be left.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.

Return & Refund Policies

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell. We cover functional defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product only. We do not warrant any of (but not limited to) the following conditions: A) Damage caused by an exposure to water, B) Damage caused by excessive heat, C) Damage caused by improper use of an adapter/charger or voltage, D) Any software-related issues, E) Any other physical damages caused by dropping or improper use of force applied to the item.
