Sold me an iphone 5s that they claimed was refurbished but otherwise perfect condition. When it came there were numbers that were intentionally carved into the side of the phone. Contacted and received a second iphone but this one had obviously had its screen replaced by a non professional, but I just needed an iphone and dropped the issue. Be careful what you buy from them as there products most certainly are not what they describe to be. Customer service was great but I just did not want to deal with more returns and shipments.

Everything is as described. I feel the description was accurate and honest. The phone does have some scratches as mentioned, which does not bother me as long as the phone properly works, and it does. I have tried everyfunction, except bluetooth so far, and i am really happy with my purchase. I feel the price is reasonable and i feel comfort buying from a company and knowing i didn't have to check the IMEI and icloud accounts to see if the phone was stolen. They did that for me. And i love that it is unlocked. I especially feel satisfied.
