Phone doesn't look as advertised. Unhappy with purchase. Seller offered to swap the phone out, but I'm not paying anymore more money and can't go without a phone. Not showing any pictures of the actual phone is a serious flaw that I see with Swappa. Would not purchase from this seller again.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
