Phone was in good shape as advertised, only one corner had minor scratches. Activated successfully on TracFone. Daughter loves it!

Phone arrived very quickly. Haven't had the chance to activate it because it's a Christmas gift, but it looks great, and appears to be in working order. Phone was listed as "fair condition", but aside from a tiny, barely noticeable crack in the very bottom of the screen, it's perfect. This is my second time using Swappa and will continue using them in the future.

Phone was advertised as "near mint" when received it was not near mint, it has scratches in a few places, theres a dent in the top corner. Seem to work OK, bought it for a Christmas present so time will tell. If your gonna buy a phone from swappa buy one where the pictures are from the actual phone so you know what your getting not just a stock photo. I won't buy from one these retailers again.

I haven't had a chance to put the sim cards in and check because these are Christmas presents to my kids to replace their old phones. Im hoping all is well. I would have liked to seen these phones shown separately from the seller on the listing, as the phones had distinctively different scratches on them that would have stopped me from buying or even of them. They should list all their phones separately so you know what you're getting. I would've bought from another entity on one of them. Swappa should not allow a general listing on multiple phones.
