Positive. The actually upgraded my phone without me knowing it until I received a sweet note on the packing list that said Iit was a better phone than I ordered - and indeed, I ordered a Good phone and received a Mint phone at no extra charge! Plus I LOVE the warranty they offer.

As a first time buyer I was a bit concerned when the phone I purchased wasn't working correctly. The seller tried to assist but after a couple tries at fixing the powering issue the seller was kind enough to replace and the replacement is functioning without issues. Positive review from a concerned buyer.

We ship USPS First Class Mail with a option for Express 1-2 shipping, available at checkout for $20. We try to ship same business day if ordered before 3pm CST. Will ship to Canada via UPS or priority mail if buyer pays full calculated shipping costs and we will not be held responsible once the package is dropped off at UPS or Post office.
