The phone & contents showed up very quickly and in advertised condition. The phone itself worked right out of the box, and I have no complaints at this point (less than a week) with the phone. So far, so good!
The only part that was confusing to me was that when I purchased the phone, I selected an option to receive a free Ting SIM card. It was not clear to me who would be sending the SIM card, whether the seller, Swappa or Ting. At first, I assumed that it would be packaged along with the phone, but it was not. After contacting first the seller, then Swappa, Swappa was able to let me know that it would come from Ting. A couple days later after the phone showed up, the SIM card showed up as well and I was able to pop in the card and activate the phone.
